Wow! I am really surprised at the effects of this. I inadvertently took it once before an online course in which I wanted to pay attention and I was fighting to stay awake! This was so relaxing! Going to make it a part of my evening/bedtime routine.

I love this stuff! I use it on my feet before bed (I have some chronic foot pain and dry skin). I put on a thin layer, then socks, and wake up with warm, silky soft feet and I swear it helps with the pain too, by nourishing those deeper levels of tissues and fascia! The violet leaf is such a special touch to castor oil, and brings another layer of healing, grace and love. Thanks Amber, Owen & team.
